Alissa Scott was born and raised in Newport Beach, CA and went to school at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX where she studied Psychology, joined Pi Beta Phi and played on the tennis team. After graduation, she returned to her hometown in Orange County, CA and took a job as an escrow assistant which eventually led to an Escrow Officer position. In August of 2004, Ms. Scott became the first reverse mortgage Account Manager for All Reverse Transactions. Ms. Scott now resides in Long Island City, NY where she plans to develop a sales team. She enjoys watching baseball and basketball and loves to play racquetball and tennis. When Ms. Scott is not working, reading, watching a movie, hiking, and dancing are just some of the activities she enjoys doing in her spare time. Ms. Scott takes pride and even calls it a talent that she can remember any movie star's name, big or small, and she is always up for the challenge to prove it.
Ben White has been at ART since June 2003. He moved back to Sacramento after studying computer science at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, CA for three years. He started as a temp answering phones, but before he could help it they found out he had a computer background. From then on, Mr. White was designated the "computer guy." From reception he was moved into disbursement, then to working with Carin Bucklin directly on marketing and client services. Mr. White heads up client services now, but still covers desktop support and IT projects. The last place he expected to end up was a title company, but loves it and couldn't see himself anywhere else. He loves using his skills to benefit the reverse mortgage community, and feels it is a rewarding field.
Carin Bucklin, the first escrow officer of reverse mortgages for All Reverse Transactions, has been involved in title and escrow for the past 26 years. A division of Lenders First Choice, Ms. Bucklin grew the reverse mortgage division from two employees in one office in 1992 to more than 120 employees in four offices in 2007. She is currently All Reverse Transactions' Vice President and National Director of Client Development. With 14 years of reverse mortgage experience, Carin has extensive knowledge on trust reviews and powers of attorney. She has taken reverse mortgages from a local level all the way to national level exposure. When Ms. Bucklin isn't busy training clients, she is spending time with family, camping or chasing her granddaughter.
Cris Herman, a native of Minnesota, comes to All Reverse Transactions with a degree in Marketing and General Business from St. Cloud State University. Mrs. Herman assists the sales team as well as our marketing department with new and innovative ways to reach our audience. For the past few years, Mrs. Herman worked for a medical imaging company where she was in charge of marketing and sales support. However, the transition feels natural. "I love knowing that we are helping seniors live a better life," says Herman. Herman enjoys spending her spare time with her husband Justin, son Ayden, and her dog Bettie. She also loves to travel and plays in a kickball league.
Heather Moulden has been in sales with All Reverse Transactions since 2004, and enjoys working with clients around the country. Mrs. Moulden spends her time assisting Reverse Mortgage Account Managers with client needs, as well as managing customer service and marketing for the division. Prior to joining ART, Mrs. Moulden worked in public affairs where she worked on projects such as California's recall voting campaign, workers compensation and Citizens Against Lawsuit Abuse’s PR campaign. Mrs. Moulden graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a BA in Communications/Journalism, and a Minor in English. Her hobbies include camping, fishing, traveling and playing with her two dogs, Ping and Kismet.
Jennifer Romanowski is the All Reverse Transactions Account Manager for the Southern United States. She's been in the mortgage industry for more than three years and loves working with those involved in helping seniors make the most out of their "golden years." Outside of driving all over Southern California visiting clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends (preferably on the beach) and wearing flip flops as often as she can. Originally from the east coast, she has adjusted well to the California lifestyle.
Kristen Whisenhunt is our California, Bay Area Account Manager. She has more than 3 years of marketing experience, and has worked in the title and escrow industry for about one year. She loves working in the Reverse Mortgage division because helping seniors live the lives they have dreamed of makes her feel like she makes a difference. She graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She was a member of Alpha Chi Omega, and very involved within the University. In her spare time she enjoys being with friends and family and playing with her Maltese, Toby.
Laurel McLatcher graduated from Cal State University, Fullerton with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. Throughout college Laurel played on the tennis team and taught lessons at a local tennis club. Upon graduating in 2001, she immediately began working in both outside sales and product management for a large financial services company. This experience eventually led to her current position as an Account Manager for All Reverse Transactions. Laurel currently resides in San Diego, CA and enjoys playing golf and tennis on a weekly basis. She also loves traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Lisa Steele has been in the title/escrow business for 19 years. She began her career as a Sales Representative, has also served as an Escrow Officer and has been in a management capacity for the past 6 years before becoming First Vice President at All Reverse Transactions. Lisa loves the business and finds the reverse mortgage field very rewarding. "I love the fact that what we do benefits Seniors." When Lisa is not a work she can usually be found at a sporting event. Both of her daughters play competitive soccer and her son plays AAU basketball. So, it is pretty much year-round sports for the Steele Family. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys camping and spending time on the water, skiing and boarding with the family.
Lori Erskine graduated from Cal State, University, Fullerton and worked as a loan processor for 2 1/2 years and a loan officer for 2 years. Lori loves working with people and the senior market, which is what got her into the business in the first place! If she isn't out sun-bathing, you can find Lori enjoying her family & friends at a BBQ, bike ride, beach, or playing with her dog "Chiyona".
Megan Hafenstein holds a degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, CA. She brings with her two years of legislative experience working in the California State Assembly and two years working with a mortgage broker in "forward" mortgages. Megan enjoys working for a "growing company with wonderful people and strong customer service" and "reducing the financial stress on seniors" through the reverse mortgage product. Megan enjoys spending time with her husband Brian and two children Jason and Caitlin.
Mitch Davis, All Reverse Transactions' comes to ART with over four years of reverse mortgage experience. Mitch is very passionate about the reverse mortgage industry and is looking forward to helping his clients provide a great experience to their senior borrowers. Mitch, originally from Maryland, is a die-hard Maryland Terps and Washington Redskins fan but the beach and California lifestyle won him over and he now calls California his home.
Morgan Ackard graduated from California State University, Chico in 2006 with a degree in Business Marketing. Morgan was born and raised in Roseville and moved back to Roseville after graduating to work at All Reverse Transactions. She is in charge of creating new marketing pieces for our clients, organizes events and provides many creative ideas to help this growing industry.
Rod Malibiran has been in the title and escrow industry for more than 15 years. He started as a title searcher in San Diego after serving three years in the army and has held various positions including escrow assistant, title engineer and title examiner. He is currently serving as an advisory title officer for All Reverse Transactions. While working as a full-time title examiner, Malibiran obtained his BS in Information Technology from University of Phoenix. "I feel fortunate being a part of the dedicated and talented ART team, and most importantly, having the opportunity to make a difference in one's life," says Malibiran. Rod is a die-hard San Diego Chargers and Los Angeles Lakers fan. He takes pleasure in spending quality time with his wife of 15 years and his nine year old son. In his spare time, he enjoys online shopping, tennis, and having a "fine cigar" with friends and colleagues.
After processing loans for 4 years, Sarah McGuire made the move to reverse mortgage. She has been with All Reverse Transactions since 2006 and was excited to make the move. "Working in Client Services gives me the opportunity to provide beneficial information and support to each of our clients," says Sarah. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys working out, doing anything outdoors, spending time with her husband and hanging out with her French Bulldog Toby and her Mastiff Regan. Also a big fan of sushi, she "could eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!"
Tina Meilinger has been in the Title and Escrow Industry for 24 years. Ms. Meilinger started in Subdivision Title, then moved onto Residential, Commercial and Special Projects and is now working in Reverse Mortgage Title and Escrow. She is very dedicated to her job, and has a very strong work ethic. Ms. Meilinger became an Assistant Vice President by the time she was 23 years old. She has held various roles in the industry, including Escrow Officer, Assistant Vice President, Escrow Operations and is currently Senior Vice President, National Division Manager for the Reverse Mortgage Division. Her desire to work with seniors, and her caring nature makes her the perfect addition to the All Reverse Transactions Team. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, kayaking, water-skiing and working out.
Tom Cali joins our company having spent the last 24 years in the Title and Escrow Industry. Mr. Cali has a well-rounded career starting as Assistant Controller for a regional title company in New York, eventually becoming the IT Director. Most recently, Mr. Cali was President of a national title agency and brings a strong business knowledge of the east coast to our company. Mr. Cali lives in Rochester, NY with his wife and two sons. During his spare time, he enjoys golfing, movies, and is a self-proclaimed sports junkie. He is also active in community activities and is a member of various boards. |
